Yes! I install Zoom, configure your camera and mic, and walk you through joining meetings, screen sharing, and all the basics. Patient, no-pressure instruction.

My camera or microphone doesn't work on Zoom — can you fix it?

Yes. Camera and mic issues are usually driver problems or permission settings. I fix them and test to make sure they work with your video call app.

Can you set up Teams for my small business?

Yes! I install Teams, set up your organization, configure channels, and show everyone how to use it for chat, calls, and file sharing.

How much does video call setup cost?
