How long does it take to set up a new printer?

Most new printer installations take about 30-60 minutes. This includes unboxing, connecting to your WiFi, installing drivers on all your devices, and testing everything. More complex setups with scanning or faxing may take a bit longer.

Can you set up my printer to print wirelessly from my phone?

Absolutely. I'll connect your printer to your WiFi network and configure printing from your iPhone, Android phone, iPad, or tablet. You'll be able to print from anywhere in your home without plugging anything in.

My printer says it's offline but it's turned on. Can you fix that?

Yes, this is one of the most common printer issues I fix. It's usually a driver problem, a WiFi connection issue, or a Windows print spooler glitch. I'll diagnose the cause and get it printing reliably again.

Do you sell printers or just set them up?

I don't sell printers, but I'm happy to recommend the best model for your needs and budget before your appointment. Once you have it, I'll handle the entire setup from unboxing to test print.

Can you fix a printer that's printing blurry or streaky pages?

In many cases, yes. Blurry or streaky output is often caused by clogged printheads, low ink, or incorrect settings. I'll run diagnostics, clean the heads, and adjust settings. If it's a hardware failure, I'll let you know honestly whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
