Service Agreement

PC Repair Onsite by Paige — Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Paige Julianne Sullivan, sole proprietor of PC Repair Onsite (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual or entity scheduling service (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Service Warranty

We warrant our service work for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of service completion. This warranty applies exclusively to the original problem for which service was performed. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, problems caused by subsequent modifications or damage, software changes made after service, power surges, liquid damage, or any other condition not directly related to the original repair performed by the Provider.

2. Replacement Parts Warranty

In the event that a replacement part installed by the Provider is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s or vendor’s return, replacement, and refund policies shall apply. The Provider will assist the Client in processing any such warranty claim, but is not independently liable for defective parts beyond the original manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty coverage. Turnaround time for replacement part warranty claims is subject to the manufacturer’s or vendor’s processing timeline.

3. Parts Pricing Transparency

We do not mark up the cost of parts. All parts are billed to the Client at our actual cost. We will gladly provide our vendor’s invoice showing the exact product cost upon request.

4. Booking Fee, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

4a. Booking Fee

A non-refundable diagnostic/booking fee of $25.00, plus any applicable travel surcharges, is due immediately upon scheduling the appointment. This booking fee is waived and applied as a credit toward the total repair cost if the Client elects to proceed with the recommended repair.

4b. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the booking fee and any travel surcharges. Cancellations made within eight (8) hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee and any applicable travel surcharges. No refund will be issued for late cancellations.

4c. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests, including those made within eight (8) hours of the scheduled appointment time, are not subject to the cancellation policy and will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment for all services rendered is due at the time of completion, unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance by both parties. No work shall be considered complete, and no equipment shall be returned, until payment is received in full.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Visa (credit or debit)
  • MasterCard (credit or debit)
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • PayPal (for online bookings)

Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement shall be limited to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or the total amount paid by the Client for the service in question, whichever is lower. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of use, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

8. Software Purchases

All software purchases made through the Provider are non-refundable. Software products are subject solely to the original developer’s warranty, guarantee, and return policy. The Provider makes no independent warranties regarding third-party software and is not liable for software defects, compatibility issues, or performance beyond what is covered by the software developer’s own terms.

9. Service Provider

All services under this Agreement are provided by Paige Julianne Sullivan, sole proprietor of PC Repair Onsite. No subcontractors or third-party technicians are employed in the performance of services unless explicitly disclosed to the Client in advance.

10. Acceptance of Terms

DO NOT PROCEED WITH SERVICE SCHEDULING IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By scheduling an appointment—whether online, by phone, by text, or by email—you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue in Davidson County, North Carolina.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided hereunder shall be resolved by mediation in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s mediation rules then in effect. The mediation shall take place in Davidson County, North Carolina. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law in a court of competent jurisdiction in Davidson County, North Carolina.
