Can you install any program?

I install most Windows and Mac software — productivity tools, creative software, security programs, and more. I'll verify compatibility with your system first.

A program won't install — can you fix it?

Yes. Installation failures are usually caused by missing prerequisites, permission issues, or conflicts with existing software. I resolve the conflict and get it installed.

Can you uninstall programs completely?

Yes. I remove programs along with their leftover files, registry entries, and settings — a cleaner removal than just using the uninstaller.

How much does software installation cost?

$10 up-front diagnostic (waived if you proceed), $50/hr (1-hour minimum). Most installations take under an hour.
