Yes! I transfer your files, photos, documents, and bookmarks. Some programs need to be reinstalled rather than transferred, but I handle all of it.

Typically 1-2 hours for setup with file transfer. Complex setups with lots of software or a slow old computer may take longer.

Do you remove the bloatware from new computers?

Yes! New PCs come loaded with trial software and junk. I remove all of it so your computer runs clean and fast from day one.
